As soon as you enter the product page, our customization tool will appear—on the right side for desktop users and just below the product images on mobile.

• First, choose your Rug Shape: Area, Square, Runner, or Round (if available).
• Next, select the size that best fits your space from the available options for your chosen shape.
• If you select an Area or Runner rug, you’ll then choose the orientation: Vertical or Horizontal.
• In the next step, upload your logo or image.
• Once your file is uploaded, the editing panel will open automatically.
• On the left side, you’ll see a live preview of your rug with your logo or image applied.
• On the right side, you’ll find the editing area. The blue overlay can be resized and moved—use it to adjust how your image fits on the rug, whether you want it to cover the full surface or highlight a specific portion (for example, cropping just one side of your design).
• In the top right corner, you’ll find the rotate button, allowing you to rotate your image both clockwise and counterclockwise.
• You’ll also see zoom in and zoom out controls to increase or decrease the size of your logo or image on the rug.
• When you're done editing, simply click the checkmark in the top right corner to confirm.
• If you’d like to remove your current image and start over, click the delete button in the top right panel.
• Next, proceed to the Color tab. Here, you’ll find 56 standard color options. You can preview your rug in each color with your logo or image in real time.
• You’ll also see an option for custom color. If you prefer a specific color outside of our standard options, you can enter it using CMYK values (for example: 40, 60, 100, 100).
• Please note: live preview is not available for custom colors. In this case, you’ll only be able to adjust your logo or image and its placement.
• Finally, go to the Binding Color tab. Choose from three options: Gray, Black, or Beige. You can preview each option on your rug.
• Use these tools to customize your rug exactly the way you want. With Live Preview, you can see your design in real time and make adjustments before placing your order.
  
• If you’d like to order multiple quantities of the same design, simply adjust the quantity and add the item to your cart.

In your cart, you’ll still be able to view a preview of your customized rug before checkout.

Care & Washing Instructions

• Vacuum regularly to keep the rug clean.
• When vacuuming, avoid direct contact with the edge binding (overlock), as this may cause fraying or fuzzing.
• Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle.
• Use mild detergent only — do not bleach and do not soak.
• Spin on low speed to protect the fibers.
• Air dry flat or tumble dry on low heat.
• Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods while drying.
• For small stains, blot gently with a damp cloth — do not rub.

Edge Care Note:

• If slight fuzzing occurs on the edge binding over time, it can be carefully removed by briefly passing a lighter from a safe distance.
• Use extreme caution and do not apply direct flame to the rug.

• Cancellation requests can be submitted via live chat.
• Most items are personalized and/or made to order, so cancellations can only be accepted within 6 hours of placing the order.
• Please note that production may begin immediately; therefore, cancellation approval is not guaranteed.
• Because items are made to order, cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
• All products are made specifically for each customer, whether personalized or not. We do not carry ready-to-ship inventory, and once production is completed, items cannot be altered; therefore, all sales are final and returns are not accepted
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via our live chat with clear photos of both the packaging and the rug.
• Upon review, we will do our best to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.
