As soon as you enter the product page, our personalization menu will appear—on the right side for desktop users and just below the product images on mobile.

• First, choose your Rug Shape: Area, Square, Runner, or Round (if available).
• Next, select the size that best fits your space from the available options for your chosen shape.
• If you select an Area or Runner rug, you’ll then choose the orientation: Vertical or Horizontal.
• At this stage, you may check the box to purchase the rug without personalization and continue.If you’d like to personalize your rug, simply leave the box unchecked and proceed.
• In the final step, choose one of our available personalization templates. Once selected, editable fields will appear for that design.
  Use these fields to customize your rug exactly the way you like. With Live Preview, you can see your final design in real time and make changes before ordering.
• You can freely customize wording—such as Family, Residence, Barn, Mansion, or similar variations—to match your style.
  If you’d like to order multiple quantities of the same design, adjust the quantity and add the item to your cart.

In your cart, you’ll continue to see a preview of your personalized rug before checkout.

Care & Washing Instructions

• Vacuum regularly to keep the rug clean.
• When vacuuming, avoid direct contact with the edge binding (overlock), as this may cause fraying or fuzzing.
• Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle.
• Use mild detergent only — do not bleach and do not soak.
• Spin on low speed to protect the fibers.
• Air dry flat or tumble dry on low heat.
• Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods while drying.
• For small stains, blot gently with a damp cloth — do not rub.

Edge Care Note:

• If slight fuzzing occurs on the edge binding over time, it can be carefully removed by briefly passing a lighter from a safe distance.
• Use extreme caution and do not apply direct flame to the rug.

Returns Policy

• Cancellation requests can be submitted via live chat.
• Most items are personalized and/or made to order, so cancellations can only be accepted within 6 hours of placing the order.
• Please note that production may begin immediately; therefore, cancellation approval is not guaranteed.
• Because items are made to order, cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
• All products are made specifically for each customer, whether personalized or not. We do not carry ready-to-ship inventory, and once production is completed, items cannot be altered; therefore, all sales are final and returns are not accepted
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via our live chat with clear photos of both the packaging and the rug.
• Upon review, we will do our best to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.

• Rug mayarrive folded/rolled—allow 24–72 hrs to relax; reverse-roll if needed.
• Light lint/odor is normal at first; vacuum gently and air out.
