• Shape & size: in the Size tab, pick Area, Runner, Square or Round, then your size. For Area and Runner, choose Vertical or Horizontal.
• Upload your logo: PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF or SVG, up to 20 MB. Plain backgrounds are removed automatically.
• Place your logo: drag to move, pinch or use the corner handle to resize, and rotate, center or zoom with the buttons.
• Colors: choose any Rug Color (or pick one from your logo), a Binding Color (Gray, Black or Beige), and for one-color logos, a Logo Color or metallic finish.
• Fine-tune (optional): tap Logo Settings to adjust background removal, erase spots or add an outline.

Care & Washing Instructions

• Vacuum regularly to keep the rug clean.
• When vacuuming, avoid direct contact with the edge binding (overlock), as this may cause fraying or fuzzing.
• Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle.
• Use mild detergent only — do not bleach and do not soak.
• Spin on low speed to protect the fibers.
• Air dry flat or tumble dry on low heat.
• Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods while drying.
• For small stains, blot gently with a damp cloth — do not rub.

Edge Care Note:

• If slight fuzzing occurs on the edge binding over time, it can be carefully removed by briefly passing a lighter from a safe distance.
• Use extreme caution and do not apply direct flame to the rug.

• Cancellation requests can be submitted via live chat.
• Most items are personalized and/or made to order, so cancellations can only be accepted within 6 hours of placing the order.
• Please note that production may begin immediately; therefore, cancellation approval is not guaranteed.
• Because items are made to order, cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
• All products are made specifically for each customer, whether personalized or not. We do not carry ready-to-ship inventory, and once production is completed, items cannot be altered; therefore, all sales are final and returns are not accepted
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via our live chat with clear photos of both the packaging and the rug.
• Upon review, we will do our best to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.
